How does the environment-friendly low-nitrogen burner plant work?
Low-nitrogen burners are equipment that adds blowers, induced draft fans, frequency converters, control valves and multiple circuits to integrate traditional burners to allow clean energy and burner operations to provide better thermal energy to the boiler.
 
 
 
    Today's ultra-low nitrogen boilers use advanced technologies and methods to reduce nitrogen emissions. Low-nitrogen burners are designed to control the air and fuel mixture in each burner, resulting in more branches and larger flames. By lowering the peak flame temperature, the nitrogen formed during this process is significantly reduced.
 
 
    The improved flame structure also reduces the amount of available oxygen in the hottest part of the flame, thereby increasing the efficiency of the burner. In traditional low-nitrogen burners, combustion, reduction and burnout are achieved through three different stages.
 
 
    Stage 1: Combustion occurs in an environment with insufficient oxygen and rich fuel. Nitrogen is usually formed here.
 
 
    Stage 2: Hydrocarbons are generated in a reducing atmosphere. These hydrocarbons interact with the nitrogen already formed.
 
 
    Stage 3: In the final stage, additional nitrogen may be formed after the internal air classification is completed. However, by burning in a lean air environment, this additional nitrogen can be further minimized.
